Ensure a clear brand strategy is in place for the new Sport Ireland brand which can be easily communicated, understood and implemented.

Ensure the integrity of the brand is maintained across all unit operations and company communications.

Responsible for the management of Sport Ireland social media channel.

Ensuring all sponsors are integrated and creatively use sponsorship assets to build and demonstrate innovative marketing programs which will add genuine value to the organisation.

Identify, interpret and capitalise on market trends (national and international) as they relate to marketing activities.

Championing marketing activity and securing buy-in within the organisation - Taking the lead in driving marketing projects across the organisation.

Working directly with the CEO to drive marketing initiatives for the organization.Event execution of conferences and overall management of all aspects of large events including: liaising with venues, managing resources and organising all logistical elements of the event.Managing Sport Ireland marketing campaigns and initiatives.Responsible for a creative and scientific approach to content for use in social media and events, including all planning, execution, measurement and optimisation.Develop, manage and implement digital marketing activity in support of the annual brand plans, e.g.Ensure all marketing activity meets Sport Ireland marketing objectives.Lead the development and implementation of a marketing plan for Sport Ireland, ensuring delivery of its key objectives including the Sport Ireland brand identity.

The Marketing and Branding Manager will have the following duties and responsibilities: Reporting day-to-day to the Sport Ireland Director of Finance or as assigned by the CEO, with a reporting relationship to the CEO for elements of the role, the Marketing & Branding Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing clear, consistent and engaging marketing and branding strategies which enhance public understanding of Sport Ireland and its value to sport in Ireland.
